Julien Berthier makes ironic public instillation art. He is French and very very good at facilitating the entire art piece. Like Jean-Claude and Christo he documents the entire process from concept to realization. Of course, I am in love with his illustrations. Like little idea blue prints, they are full of whimsy and show a little sense of humor behind each piece.
